The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to several popular areas of the city. It was just minutes away from Polanco, Downtown, Roma, and Periferico, making it convenient to explore different parts of the city. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including popular chain restaurants and local cafes. Another advantage was the spaciousness of the restrooms in most of the rooms, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed in.
One major downside was the small size of the TV in the room. It felt inadequate for the space and could have been bigger for a more enjoyable viewing experience.

The size of the room is very good.
I had the bad luck that a receptionist, Elizabeth,,, or something like that, made me wait for the check in,,, I know it's at 3pm but there were 10 minutes left and no will or flexibility, so at exactly 10 minutes I went to the counter and she gave me the keys,,,, so the room was ready. I repeat themes of flexibility and zero kindness, zero will. Then I extended my stay one night, by this means, and another staff kindly gave me the new card, when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon it didn't work,,, For bad luck, the same person without vocation of service in the counter; and just arrived a European couple, I told them if they could reset my card before and they told me very dryly, as at the beginning, that I had to do the check in first,,,, and made me wait. "How unkind you were to me in the beginning," I said; it wasn't with her. I believe that if the Holiday Inn chain hires people who are NOT service oriented, that is the face that receives you and attends you at the reception, angry and unkind people who should not have contact with passengers the truth. The rest of the people are very nice, which is a common denominator in Mexico.

The rooms are small but comfortable, perfect for families with children. The free breakfast is excellent, and the free internet is a bonus. The location is great for anything downtown.
Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.

Bed comfortable, location good.
Wifi was appalling: impossible for Skype calls: unacceptable for a business traveller. Asked for wake up calls both days: recieved no call- even on the 2nd day after explaining about first day no call. Shower not clean on arrival: full of hairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating, addressing all our questions and requests with kindness and professionalism. The reception service, especially from Diego, was exceptional. The location was perfect, being situated on Paseo de la Reforma, one of the safest areas in the city. We felt very safe, even at night. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall, restaurants, and stores made our stay very convenient.
Nothing, it is perfect!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the location close to several restaurants and cafes. The easy access to various parts of the city was convenient for exploring different areas. the affordable prices offered a great value for my budget.
The breakfast options were limited, and I had to pay upfront during check-in. Unfortunately, the service from some staff members was not satisfactory and made my stay less enjoyable.
